In today's solo episode I discuss ways you can 'naturally' induce labour. Some of the things have some science behind them while others are old wives tales. The important thing to remember is that your body and your baby are incredibly clever and have a system in place which signals that baby is ready and labour can begin. Please do your own research and consult with your care provider before attempting anything I talk about.
